08 Mar New automatic feeding system to injection molding machines

QUASER SRL has completed the new automatic feeding system for the direct supply of raw materials to the injection molding machines.

The new system is located separately from the production plant and permits to dehumidify the raw material and bring it directly to the molding machines through a vacuum feeding system.The machines could be supplied from onsite octabins or sacks or from external silos. The material is dehumidified, then collected through a closed circuit and heated (there is no air contamination).We have also installed dryers on molding machines to preserve materials in accordance to high quality standards. All materials that are charged on dryers are automatically weighed and the data are transmitted to our management information system  for stock calculation.
